Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of a) lowering the starting age for routine mammograms to 40 and b) introducing annual breast screening, to increase early detection and prevention of breast cancer.
