To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment her Department has made of the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Authority certification times in comparison with equivalent aviation regulators in other G7 countries.

The Civil Aviation Authority is an internationally respected and leading aviation regulator. The Department has made no specific assessment of the competitiveness of certification times in comparison with aviation regulators in other G7 countries.
