Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether her Department is taking steps to reduce duplication by enabling the Office for National Statistics to make greater use of data already held by Government departments rather than requiring businesses to provide the same information through compulsory surveys.

The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority.
