Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Answer of 24 April 2026 to Question 128045, when does she expect to receive the final outcome report from the Multi Speciality Recruitment Assessment process.

The project to establish a future delivery approach for the selection assessments across United Kingdom postgraduate medical, dental, foundation pharmacy, and healthcare science recruitment processes, including the Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment, is continuing. NHS England expects to receive the final report in Autumn 2026. The findings will be considered by the four-nation Postgraduate National Recruitment Programme Board, which will take a decision on the future delivery approach in Spring 2027.
