To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what progress has she made in replacing St Ives sluice with a fixed weir.

St Ives Sluice is progressing through the Environment Agency full business case approval process. The fixed weir option currently provides the best whole life cost solution.
