Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, when the Government plans to publish the revised statutory Private Parking Code of Practice under the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.

The government intends to lay the Private Parking Code of Practice and its associated compliance framework in Parliament in autumn 2026.
