Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what timetable has been set for the implementation of the revised Private Parking Code of Practice and associated compliance framework.

The government intends to lay the Private Parking Code of Practice and its associated compliance framework in Parliament in autumn 2026.
