To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what assessment she has made of the effectiveness of Ofcom's enforcement of its General Conditions in relation to the sale of telecommunications services to micro and small enterprises.

This government is committed to driving economic growth across Wales and the rest of the UK.

At the Budget, we announced funding to support growth in Wales, including £30 million to progress Cardiff Parkway railway station and £2.5 million to expand Anglesey’s M-Spark science park.

We also provided the Welsh Government with £450 million through Barnett. This is in addition to their record spending review settlement.

This investment will help businesses create high-quality jobs and drive growth.
