Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether she plans to facilitate discussions between the Port of London Authority, the vessel's custodians and heritage organisations to seek a negotiated solution for HMS President.

The department at this time has no plans to facilitate discussions with the Port of London Authority regarding HMS President. The PLA is a trust port and as such does not consult the department on its day-to-day operational decisions.
