To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many and what proportion of A&E attendances have been diverted to (a) urgent treatment centre, (b) minor injuries unit, (c) primary care, (d) pharmacy, and (e) other service in each of the last 12 months for which figures are available.
