Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, whether any BIST Civil Service staff assisting the Minister for AI have been appointed without open competition, through Civil Service recruitment principle exceptions.

None of the staff assisting the Minister for AI have been appointed into the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade through Civil Service recruitment principle exceptions, without open competition.
