Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the answer of 15 July 2026 to Question 16606 on Railways: Greater London, if she will publish that representation.

The representations received from the Mayor of London and Transport for London include a business case relating to the proposed devolution of Great Northern Inner services. This business case remains subject to ongoing scrutiny and development between Transport for London, the Department and relevant rail industry partners. The Department therefore does not intend to publish this as discussions remain ongoing.
