Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the answer of 8 September 2026 to Question 20402 on Business Rate: Valuation, if he will place the five data drop submissions in the Library.

There are no plans to place the data drops in the library. The information contained within the data drops is subject to disclosure restrictions under the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005 (CRCA). The compiled rating list was published on gov.uk on 1 April 2026.
