Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 29 April 2026 to Question 129290, what information her Department holds on the outcome of the consultation with staff regarding the ending of reciprocal travel arrangements between Govia Thameslink Railway and Brighton & Hove Buses and Metrobus.

As part of the transfer of its services into public ownership on 31 May 2026, GTR secured an arrangement to provide B&H and Metrobus staff with discounted travel on GTR services, subject to specific conditions, and in line with the operator’s approach to other Business to Business arrangements.
