Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 22 September 2026 to Question 29179 on Births: Medical Records, if she will publish the assessment and evidence used to determine that SNOMED coded information should be permitted but not required in the Maternity Services Data Set.

I refer the Rt Hon Member to the answers given on 2 September to Question 29179 and on 25 June to Question 10241.
