Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps her Department is taking to reduce inappropriate polypharmacy.

Inappropriate polypharmacy is one of the aspects of overprescribing that the Department is seeking to tackle alongside NHS England and other health partners, as set out in the response of 15 September to Question 21812.
