Microplastic pollution is a growing environmental problem with impacts on ecosystems and human health. Defra has taken action to reduce microplastics, including banning microbeads in personal care products and upcoming restrictions on plastic-containing wet wipes. We have no current plans to review floral foam but continue assessing impacts.
