Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what was the total number of a) accredited financial investigators and b) accredited financial intelligence officers registered with the National Crime Agency's Proceeds of Crime Centre and holding public sector roles in each of the last 5 years from 2021-22 through to 2025-26.

The data provided represents the total number of individuals trained as FIs and FIOs by the Proceeds of Crime Centre in the years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. Once training is successfully completed the officer is able to exercise relevant POCA powers as an FI and undertake the role of an FIO.
