Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, pursuant to the Answer of 14 October 2026 to Question 30018 on Bus Services: Fares, which (a) programmes and (b) budgets within her Department will be reprioritised to fund the £454 million allocated to reducing bus fares, including funding for the devolved administrations; and how much funding will be reallocated from each.

Savings are a small part of DESNZ’s overall budget, which saw a significant uplift at Spending Review. We will set out further detail this autumn.
