While no formal assessment has been made of the cost to the National Health Service of delayed or limited community rehabilitation for acquired neurological conditions, data published last year by the UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum found that rehabilitation for severe traumatic brain injury saves approximately £680,000 in care costs per person.

While no formal assessment has been made of the impact of the time taken for neurological rehabilitation on the mental health of patients and unpaid, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance on rehabilitation for chronic neurological disorders specifically emphasises the importance of patients having access to mental health support as part of their rehabilitation.

Data on waiting times for adult community neurorehabilitation services in England is published at the following link, although not in the specific format requested:

Regarding support for people with spinal cord injury, I refer the Hon Member to the answer provided on 11 February in response to Question 111236.
