Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, whether he has any plans to extend the remit of the Fair Work Agency.

The Fair Work Agency (FWA) was established on 7 April 2026 and is being implemented in phases.
Phase one brought enforcement together into a single body, established the Advisory Board, and introduced a unified set of enforcement and investigatory powers.
Over time, we will extend the Fair Work Agency’s remit to additional employment rights, starting with holiday pay.
