Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, pursuant to the Answer to Question 26081 provided on 9 September 2026, whether the Department can now publish the response to the consultation on access to market for small and independent brewers.

As set out in the answer to Question 26081 on 9 September 2026, the Government is carefully considering the findings of its review of the beer market, alongside evidence provided by stakeholders and advice from competition policy experts.

The Government will announce its conclusions in due course.
