Healthcare arrangements for those patients who are registered with a general practitioner (GP) in Scotland whilst residing in England are made by the appropriate English and Scottish health authorities and agreed in service level agreements. We expect all arrangements to be reviewed following the completion of the Health Bill, to ensure consistency and alignment.

The NHS App is available to patients registered with a GP practice in England, only. Patients registered with a GP practice in Scotland should use MyCare.scot. This allows them to view medicines, vaccination records and personal details.
