Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what proportion of the UK commercial fishing fleet make use of marine voyage relief.

HMRC holds information on fuel supplied for marine use, and on marine voyage relief claims, but the information is not recorded by vessel type. It is therefore not possible to determine the number, or proportion, of fishing vessels claiming the relief.
