To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment her Department has made of trends in the level of immigration cases being overturned at tribunal following the publication of the Windrush Comprehensive Improvement Plan.

Regular analysis of appeal data and Judicial determinations is undertaken by both decision makers and appeals staff, with regular meetings and discussions to identify themes or areas for action to inform learning and improve decision making.
