Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether EU disallowance fines relating to the Common Agricultural Policy are paid for through Common Agricultural Policy funds.

Disallowance relating to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is paid from national, not CAP scheme, funds.
