Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when he plans to commence the study to decide how HS2 East will connect between East Midlands Parkway and Leeds.

We intend to publish the terms of reference for the HS2 to Leeds Study after the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement.
