Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to amend the Equality Act 2010 as to change the protected characteristic of "sex" to "gender".
This question was answered on 23rd November 2020
The Government has no plans to do this.
