Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask His Majesty's Government what proportion of roadwork permit applications submitted through Street Manager in each of the last five years were for collaborative working involving two or more organisations working at the same site.

In Street Manager, permit applications can be marked as involving collaborative working where two or more organisations undertake works at the same site. The proportion of permit applications recorded as collaborative working in each of the last five years was:

• 2021-22: 0.9%
• 2022-23: 1.0%
• 2023-24: 0.9%
• 2024-25: 0.9%
• 2025-26: 1.0%
