Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the June 2025 judgment of the European Court of Human Rights reaffirming the Immovable Property Commission as an effective domestic remedy.

I refer the Noble Lord to the answer I gave him on 17 November 2025 in response to Question HL11561.
