The Government does not hold this data. NHS England publishes monthly data on the number of patients who remain in hospital despite no longer meeting the clinical criteria to reside and the reasons for this. However, this does not specify whether delays are attributable to decisions by integrated care boards on funding community care packages; additionally, the data is at an aggregate level so cannot be linked to disability status or age.
