To ask His Majesty's Government when they intend to ratify the Council of Europe Convention establishing an International Claims Commission for Ukraine.

Subject to domestic implementation and parliamentary scrutiny under the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act (CRaG), we expect ratification in Spring 2027.
