Question to the Home Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government when they intend to release the data referenced in and arising from the Information Commissioner Office’s ruling on 6 January (IC-373043-K8S7) on foreign national offenders and their deportation status.

In response to the Information Commissioner’s Office ruling of 6 January (IC-373043-K8S7), a fresh response providing the data originally requested was released to the requester on 5 February 2026 under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
