Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the remarks by Lord Coaker on 21 May (HL Deb col 624), and in light of correspondence from the Foreign Secretary to the Chair of the International Development Committee on 1 September 2025 in which he stated that the Government has not concluded that Israel has acted with intent as set out in the Genocide Convention, what assessment they have made of  whether Genocide has taken place in Gaza.
