Housing Completions

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many house building completions in receipt of government financial support there were in each financial year from 2005–06 to date.

The Government does not track all housing starts and completions, but the number of affordable housing starts in receipt of government funding since 2009-10 is published in the Department's Live Table 1012. A copy is attached and it is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/live-tables-on-affordable-housing-supply.
Figures in this format were not collected prior to 2009-10.
