To develop evidence-based policy recommendations for the government on the rural health (both mental and physical) and social care economy of England. Current models are not suited to rural areas with sparse populations and a disproportionate number of over 85s with comorbidities including isolation and other mental health problems.

Note: All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal, cross-party groups formed by MPs and Members of the House of Lords who share a common interest in a particular policy area, region or country. APPGs have no official status within Parliament.
