Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Bill
Thursday 18th May 2017 This Scottish Government Bill would prohibit the performance, display and exhibition of wild animals in travelling circuses. It proposes to make causing or permitting a wild animal to be used in this way a criminal offence, liable to summary conviction.
