Question to the Attorney General:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether the Attorney General or other counsel have reviewed the taxation of the income from the Duchy of Cornwall within the last 30 years.

Answered by Lord Keen of Elie - Shadow Minister (Justice)

Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs is the department with principal responsibility for reviewing individual tax affairs. They do not comment on the affairs of identifiable taxpayers.
