A school in Florida has sacked a teacher for showing 12 year olds a picture of Michelangelo’s incomparable classic statue of David in Florence. Why. Because David is nude. The mayor of Florence has offered the teacher an invitation to Florence to receive an award.

Odd isn’t it? The two contenders for Prime Minister in the 2019 election are now both rejected by their own parties. Corbyn has had the whip withdrawn. Johnson is totally discredited. Come the next election both could well be out of Parliament.
