To ask His Majesty's Government when they intend to publish their conclusions on Variations in Sex Characteristics, following the formal call for evidence by the Government Equalities Office in January 2019.

Answered by Baroness Smith of Malvern - Minister of State (Department for Work and Pensions)

This call for evidence was commissioned under a previous administration and concluded in 2019.

Given the passage of time, this Government is currently undertaking assessing the relevance of the information gathered.
