Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many cases of misconduct in public office have been brought against the Child Support Agency; and how many of those cases were upheld.

We are not able to provide the data requested as the question relates to a specific criminal offence and is not something which is recorded by either Casework or on the HR systems.
