Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, how many community radio licences for FM broadcast have been granted by Ofcom in each year since 2010.

Ofcom have issued 123 licences since 2010, bringing the total number of stations broadcasting around the UK since 2004 to 245, with a further 31 preparing to start. For a breakdown of licences issued since 2010 see as follows:
