We’ve provided energy bill support across the UK, including paying around half of a typical households energy bill - something I also discussed with @Sghibaldan CEO of @Consumer_Scot yesterday.
We agreed we must continue to focus on energy affordability for vulnerable customers.
We’ve been clear rules on their installation must be followed and I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Great to meet @MattVickersOS CEO of @ombudservices yesterday to discuss how they're helping households with their energy concerns, like the use of prepayment meters.
