Question
to the Department for International Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, what progress he has made in transitioning the existing EU trade agreement with South Korea; and whether he has received any requests for changes to that agreement.
Answered by George Hollingbery
We have been in constant dialogue with all our trading partners to achieve continuity by replicating the effects of our existing EU trade agreements. They understand this must be primary objective, and securing continuity will be a strong foundation to build on our already successful trading relationship.

"AstraZeneca has a supply line of 4,000 people in the north-west. They assist in the manufacturing of a cancer drug that is exported to Europe. Question
to the Department for International Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, what plans he has to retain membership of Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin after the UK leaves the EU.
Answered by Graham Stuart
The Government is undertaking a wide range of analysis in support of our EU exit negotiations and preparations.

"Going back to the analysis published by the Government and the risk presented by non-tariff barriers, it was clear in that analysis that, even if we had an EEA-style agreement, there would still be damage to the UK economy.
