Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

What steps he is taking to increase the level of capital investment in the NHS.

Answered by Steve Barclay

The spring and autumn budgets last year announced over £3.9 billion of additional capital investment for the National Health Service in England to upgrade existing buildings and facilities and build new ones. This will support better services for patients and drive efficiency improvements and better value for money for taxpayers.
