To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what recent discussions he has had with representatives of the devolved administrations on animal breeding and vending.

Defra has kept the Devolved Administrations of Wales and Scotland informed of our proposals for replacing the existing laws, as they apply to England, on dog breeding and pet vending.
