I certainly join my hon. Friend in congratulating Janice Hendry and everyone at yipworld on winning the charity of the year and community awards. I am sure they are well deserved and it is a considerable achievement. Charities are the golden thread that run through our communities and it is right that we celebrate their success in this place.

I have dozens of cases of constituents who have waited months for responses from the Department for Work and Pensions, including Dionne who has spent 18 months being routinely ignored and sidelined by the Child Maintenance Service. Will the Leader of the House ask a Minister to come to the House to make a statement on what steps they are planning to take to improve response rates?

I will certainly raise the hon. Lady’s concerns with the relevant Minister and make sure that she gets an update on improving the service, which, of course, the Government are committed to doing.
