My hon. Friend raises important matters, and I pay tribute to her for that. Prevention is an important part of tackling skin cancer. Sun cream is already VAT zero-rated when prescribed by a registered health professional, but I will ensure that the Chancellor hears her words. As I said at the beginning, there will be four days of debate on the Budget beginning next week, and my hon. Friend might want to raise these matters then.

The carer’s allowance scandal saw thousands of unpaid carers unfairly pursued for debts caused by system failures. Five months into the review process, only about 1% of cases have been reassessed. Will the Leader of the House allow time for a statement from the Government on accelerating reviews and compensation and ending the unfair earnings cliff edge?

The Government want to ensure that carers get the help and support that they need, and we are committed to doing something not just for carers but across the wider social care situation, because when we improve, reform and change social care, it will have the effect that the hon. Gentleman is seeking. I have heard what he has said, and I will draw it to the attention of the relevant Minister.
