Great to pop in to Newtown’s Pop up Barclays in the Ladywell Business Centre to chat with the team about how important maintaining rural banking services are. They are in Newtown on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and in the Cowshacc, Welshpool on Monday and Wednesday. https://t.co/OHkkquoM5V
The Best Shop, the results were close but two businesses tied for first place! Bloomers Florists and Riffels are the lucky winners.
#SmallBusinessSaturday #Montgomeryshire and the results of the Montgomeryshire Best Pub & Best Shop Awards 2022 are in! The Kerry Lamb won Best Pub with a huge number of individual votes and nominations - a brilliant community and pleasure to drop in. https://t.co/WoF0j9UZWF
Brilliant fundraising by Henninghan's Fish & Chip Shop in Machynlleth. I know that the money collected will go to an extremely worthwhile cause in Bronglais Chemo Appeal for construction of a new day unit. https://t.co/BM1hMxylVk

@robinlarder Fuel duty is still set at its current level until April. The autumn statement doesn’t change that. You are right that the OBR has to report its assumptions in that way as the 5p cut is technically temp & runs out, they assume it goes up by RPI too. That has NOT been confirmed.
