They have every right to do so in a democracy and I welcome debating with them. But I’m no longer prepared to accept personal abuse. It’s not ok simply because we are MPs.

Excellent meeting today at my #radcliffe office with representatives of Star Academies, our partner for delivery of new secondary school for #radcliffe They confirmed final funding bid to be submitted to Dept For Education on 10th November. Very optimistic. Will keep you updated.

What happened to people in #Grenfell tower must never be allowed to happen again. It is reprehensible that in the 21st century too many people on low incomes continue to face such shocking+dangerous living conditions. Every precious life has equal value. #GrenfellNeverAgain
